Merely because he has ordered the arrests of .2% of corrupt cops versus the previous commissioner's .1% does not make Ramsey a good leader. There will never be any legitimate accountability in Philadelphia's corrupt joke of a police department. Arrests of scapegoat pigs (disproportionally minority) neither count nor help.

Man,i used to be a heroin addict an the philly pd would abuse me an steal an pound on me..They knew i wouldnt complain cause i was dirty..Its sad man,there supposed to be something honest in a corrupt land but there even more corrupt..Its really sad..
