Coach en entretiens d'embauche, j'utilise parfois la vidéo pour travailler avec mes clients. Il faut savoir que beaucoup de gens ne sont pas à l'aise devant une caméra. L'exercice est donc plus difficile qu'il ne semble. Mon conseil : se présenter autour de 3 points clés, ne pas lire de notes, ne pas réciter, broder sur un canevas. Ce ne sera pas parfait, mais cela donnera de la vie à votre présentation. Je recommande ensuite de développer un exemple concis d'une réalisation.
