You should try and make it able to receive imput images from a computer to then print them

that'd be awesome, and you would'nt need a new printer anymore, (Cartridges are quite expensive, so it'd save up money)

Heh. That's awesome. Incidentally, it works just like the sticker cutters the use in the graphic design industry to cut out things like do not remove tags and bumper stickers and, more importantly, shaped stickers.

The NXT wheels fits perfectly with a beam 3 studs below the center hole, that is pretty nice, I have never noticed it.

If you can get it to draw angled lines you might want to try my NXC bézier curve library to draw curved paths. Catch me on MSN or email me if you are interested.
