  • with a mustache like that, surely that psychologist is a pornstar on the weekends. and this is the 70s, so you know it looks like he's got Larry Stooge in a leg-lock down there

  • Wtfuck?

  • wtf is this nigga talkin about

  • Educational? please...

  • jesus fuck... that kid dropped acid?? JESUS FUCK!

  • Bommer or bonner

  • propaganda ftw

  • i wanna punch that guys face

  • 500 trips every one a bummer and i ain`t done yet

  • Lol good thing I do cognitive brain science

  • I've never dropped acid. However, I have put paint thinner on my t-shirt to remove a stain--while I was still wearing it. That felt pretty acidic. Ouch! :-(

  • He is right, you do have to train your mind to understand trips.

  • Hahahaha like that kid ever dropped acid. LOL

  • Having A Boner And Analyzing IT ???

  • If course he doesn't fit in with the "straight world" - It's fulla fuckin' squares, man!

Yeah, let's tell kids to be scared of having any unusual thoughts that don't fit in with everyone else's. Society doesn't need new artists and scientists, anyway...

  • that guy looks like a 70s pornstar on crack its funy how hes giving advice to the kid that thinks hes triped on acid . both are mental if u ask me

    lol

  • A bummer is undoubtedly a bad trip.

  • Hilarious the fact that this little kid has drop acid

  • WAT exactley is a bummer?

  • "Turn on, tune in, drop out." words of wisdom for you right there.

  • And yeah, I know this is acting and doubt the kid here has actually taken it, but look up the kids on LSD video. The boy in that is young and definitely look enlightened.

  • Or maybe his parents and friends have a problem with him and just don't understand the truth behind acid? And maybe the public school system puts too much demands on young people who should be learning and exploring life? Yeah, maybe he is too young for acid, but the point is he's already done it and it looks like it's helped him

"Perhaps what you think or feel on a trip just doesn't fit in with the straight world which you must return to and must learn to live in"-isn't that a good thing? haha

  • dude you must come back to reality by going up 7 levels of the dreamworld. I am like wtf? did somebody smoke a doobie when they made this?

  • This IS sick. Really makes me laugh.. poor kid though, he should really just stick to bongs for a few more years init

  • This makes me sick..

  • whats that??? timmys stuck in a well???

  • 7 7 777: repeat. also, 9 2 9 929: repeat.

  • It's funny that this kid that looks about 10 is dropping acid.

  • is this a skit? i really agree with the kid on alot of levels.

  • False. LSD has many psychological benefits, and many psychologists admit this.

  • So it's okay to do LSD, only after you're trained, like Jerry Shaw is.

  • brainwash!!!

  • im not droppin' acid and getting involved with any bummers......what is this shit ? some sort of subliminal homosexual porn movie ! what happened to the good 'ole days when you just took your trip and flew out of 16th floor window, or even better, went down to the tracks and held back the express train from grand central, kids just dont know how to have fun these days.

  • I love how he says that the kid needs to get back into the 'straight' world, yet a central concept of psychology is that "the map is not the territory".

  • did he say try to get a boner and analyze it lol

  • Why make the poor kid give up his acid and return to "the straight world"? Now that's a bummer!

  • Pshycologist*whhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhoooooooooooooooaaaaaaaaaaa im soooooooooooo coked up right now"

  • 0:40 The only real understanding you could gain would come from having a boner and then analyzing it. Which would mean you'd want to have to try to have boners and then attempt to understand them the way that psychologists analyze dreams.

  • Say whaaaattt??????????

  • That kids like 10 an hes been on multiple acid trips haha

  • @macksfischer its not all about dealing with problems have some fun, experience some things.. even just once

  • LSD doesn't make you hallucinate, it allows you to see the world and energy around you that you're brain normally filters out and doesn't allow you to see in your sober state.

  • @macksfischer Only someone who's never done psychedelics would merge the words "life" and "problems" like you just did. Sure you're "sober and strong", but you're also bitter, and you'll live a relatively sad life unless you realize that life is a beautiful miracle. The hippie movement is about this realization, and not only has it not failed, but it continues and thrives every time a person drops acid for the first time. And as for hippies being stupid, I'm a physicist, so SUCK IT!

  • Whoever made these Anti-LSD movies was tripping on Acid!

  • This is too revealing. What this "psychiatrist" is really saying:

"You might have understood yourself, and found out the shit everybody forces you to do, isn't really worth the effort. But...

Obey little human! Because I'm too dumb to even think life is possible without repeating the same bullshit we hate, every single day, until the day we die. And I'm a respected psychiatrist... I know people... Seriously... I do... I'm trained to analyze dreams... No, don't laugh, I really do..."

  • This is the most mild and rational propaganda I've ever seen. I almost feel guilty calling it propaganda. I mean, any talk against LSD nowadays is about how it will melt your brain, corrupt your children, and basically cause you to be possessed by the devil.

  • What in god's name is this 11 year old kid doing on acid?! That's just irresponsible! But seriously, guys, this is just bullshit, and that guy reasons like White Goodman from Dodgeball.

  • @blueberriesuck

    I love that movie.

  • hahah when im on acid, i feel like being off acid to be a better,

more productive citizen. but that goes away once the effects wear off.

Thumbs up if people looked like zombies on LSD!

  • @eieipasko

lol wow. that ALWAYS happens to me... ill be sitting there and out of the corner of my eye my friend will look like a zombie... i learned to ignore it and just keep watching family guy :p cause every time i look to make sure everything is normal again. ha

  • bahahahahahahahahahahahahaahahhahahh that kids like 2

  • Bullshit

  • I think the real problem, is you try to fit your ideas into a little boy's head that doesn't compare at all to his experience of personal enlightenment while on the drug.

  • Remind me, were these psychologists still murdering homosexuals with drugs in attempts to "cure" them. Or did they give that up by the 70s.

  • Whoah whoah whoah whoah. SAN FERNANDO VALLEY State College? I KNEW this was a porno!

  • Why does he want to have bummers??

  • The kid is full of bullshit and so is the guy.

  • We can discuss whether LSD is harmful or not, positive or negative, and how it is sad to see an 11 year old feeling he needs drugs to get in touch with his feelings. However, I think the more pressing issue is the fact he is about to get cornholed by his shrink.

  • Why is 'having a bummer' the only valid hallucinogenic experience one can have?

This is part of the psychology that insists that whatever is 'bad' is what is real and anything 'good' is just illusion.

  • Tell the kid to eat a bowl of cereal and watch cartoons.

  • Blah blah blah! LSD, man!!!

  • Well, psychologisy guy, little Jimmy is having trouble in school and with his friends because he's an idiot. His lack of understanding doesn't come from LSD, the LSD use comes from his lack of understanding.

  • "As a [school counselor] psychologist I HAVE to tell you.."

We all know what he really thinks

  • I'll agree with that child molester in regards to the whole straight reality we must return to argument. But unfortunately for his argument, humanity has always seeked out the sublime. And really, nobody should take acid at 11, you don't have to be a psychologist to know that droppin acid before one has fully matured and developed their own ego won't result in confusing the experience. Shit, people are stupid.

  • You've got to try to have bummers.

  • OMG, the truth is that LSD is the best!

  • lol 12 year olds did acid back then

  • my husband and I were arguing about this last night. He focuses on the incident (the "bummer" for ex) and says without the catalyst (lsd) in this case there is no problem. I argue that the catalyst exposes the problem thus shedding light on the problem (in this case lack of self understanding).

  • wow, what that shrink says is so totally confusing, the kid probably went home and took more acid to try to understand it.

  • I want to see the kid pull out john holms cock and start sucking it .... Or even better take it in the ass.

  • ...that man talking looks like John Holmes!?? LMAO

  • this 14 years old was on acids xD lmao

  • is he like 9 thats starting early

  • id still do lsd though i need to see this shieet to believe it

  • this is unrealistic. that kids like 10

  • These are brilliant, should be on tv : )

  • He's gonna be late for that 9.00 meeting advertised on the notice board!

  • Im more worried that John Holmes is posing as a psychologist and counseling him about returning to the "straight world"

  • Where does a seven year old in the suburbs get LSD on the reg? He must have gotten those blue star tattoos in the playground huh? Good thing he didnt have a 'bummer' and star at the sun till he was blind, then tear his eyes and fly out a window after dropping his baby brother in the oven instead of the turkey. Guess its better than living life as a frightened glass of orange juice. Or was it an orange afraid of being juiced? Depends where the friend who knew his brother lives.

  • Honey I don't know what to do with Johnny. Now that he's 11 he is really into dropping acid. What do we do ? Oh I know send him to a out of work porn actor. Sure that'll do it..

  • because your not properly trained you can not do it by your self thats why I will take it with you....................that what he should have said..........lol

  • This kid is really stupid.

  • hes got a good point. i can relate to this.

integrating trips into the "straight world" can be pretty hard... especially at my age.

but im glad for them. they have deff. helped me - especially the bummer trips.

bad trips still suck ass though

  • Get back into the "straight world", kid.

  • jesus, they could at least try to get more realistic actors for this. what kind of 10 year old kid has dropped acid multiple times, even at that time? and as a side note, that psychologist looks like a pedophile.

  • hahaha that kid is like 10!

  • "You want to try and have bummers" LOL! Suprise Butt Sex?

  • That's a hard core 10 year old

  • if that kid drops acid then fetuses drink whiskey

  • This shrink is spouting total nonsense? "Bummer?" And he simply invalidated with child's concerns with what almost everyone would call psycho babble. I'd trust the kid over the shrink any time.

  • This kid is 11

  • shut d fuk up....

  • what is this kid, 11? awesome

  • I totally agree with this psychologist.

  • Man, my psychologist is way cooler than that guy!

  • What the fuck that kids about 10!

  • @timegrinder Ha - that's what I was thinkin...

  • Only because the boy now has "problems" doesn't mean he didn't get a better understanding of himself while trippin' ! Maby his friends are all dickheads or maby he realised how much bullshit one get told in school. And thinking of the anti-drug propaganda that days, problems at home are a logic consequence. Men like Leary were psychologists, not that child-molester-mustache-guy in the film...

  • What a pussy-tickler moustache!

  • ...i love how they go...."right your more unhappy than you think you are and you don't understand your self..."...do they want this kid to kill him self or live in misery for the rest of his life like everyone else

  • how old is that fucking kid?!!! 11? and he's had a few trips?

  • "The only time I understand myself...: my God the boy must be freaking 10, these propaganda films were (and still are) whack

  • Lord almighty...this is right up there with 1950s sex education videos where they tell you "Boys, don't masturbate (with Catholic priests) because that's not what Jesus would do...LOL...The only real bummer here is this psedu-whack job psychologist's hair.

  • people get better persons, not in a fictional world, but in a real world; and what the hell have the skoll do with reality? Scholl is a fascist institution is not even education, kills open mindness, kills creativity, incetives competition, creates illusions of smartness, its rewards few capacities (and negative in the context) like memory, greediness....of course someone who has greater consciousness will be pissed by scholl, anyway is pissed by skoll in the beggining but we just get conformed

  • I would watch more videos but I am off to have a bummer.

  • must leaglize lsd!!(am not a hippie,i'm a mod!)but <3the world,<3LSD!

  • LOL, is this the warning video?

"If you take acid, we will make you go and see this paedo psychologist and talk about bummers."

  • LOL

  • Genuinely good advice, but that kiddie hasn't ever been on a trip, even to the next town.

  • John holmes ladies and gents

  • This is about as educational as a Pentecostal church sermon or KKK rally.

  • lol this boys like 12.he surely smallowed LSD.

    and children......

    .........drugs are bad,mkay?

  • listen to the square trying to convince us about the square world

  • Hahahaha...dont take drugs..theres not enough for us all, so stay the fuck away from them!

    XD

  • @beneqisrael

    Brainwashed by goverment propaganda?

  • why is an 11-year old kid taking acid?

  • wtf is a bummer?

  • I think this vid is obviously a dramatization to discourage youth and adults in general from using the drug. Back then, kids as young as 10 took LSD as the drug was more acceptable and legal. But as governments did more research they used the "educational videos" to discourage its use. Anti-drug propaganda haha. They themselves probably could have used a good mushroom or acid trip lol. However this is just what I think about the vid. I dont know for sure. its interesting to watch though.

  • wats that guy on where he thinks that mustache looks good

  • What a load of bullshit LSD helped me face my problems and it cured me of alcoholism.

  • @xXxlLawlietlxXx you have to remember this video was filmed in the 60's. a shitload of stuff has changed since then.

  • thats fucking mental. the kid is how old?? rock and roll man! what a champion. Ive never tried lsd but fuck me, if it wasnt for acid we wouldent have Sgt peppers lonley hearts club band or electric ladyland. so, FUCK YOU ESTABLISHMENT! wow i am cool, but i will be cooler if i do some acid.

  • no you aren't cool

  • If you didn't detect the sarcasm in that comment then there is something wrong with you

  • the reason why they got little kids to do these commercials is because all the teenagers were dropping acid HhahaahhHHAHHA lol

  • the kid seems fairly okay to me- he can string an argument together better than George W. Maybe LSD is better for you than coke eh george?

  • "salvinorin a" and the taste from smoking salviaD...yeah its a pretty strange quick if you smoke it like I smoke CAN have an astral o.b.e.

Another resourceful substance if you can respond 2 your heart...

    -Xavier Renegade Angel

  • bummer

  • whats up with the 10 year old LSD head?:P haha

  • i think bummer means bad trip in this case cuz the psychologist talks about analyzing the bummers like analyzing dreams, and a trip is basicly a dream from a psychologists point of view

  • Comment removed

  • salvia isnt strange at all

  • its got to be the strrangest drug ever

  • its got to be my favorite drug ever

  • Interesting how the medical field that created these drugs and then taught children how to use them is now "helping" the victims of these drugs as portrayed in the video.., just too convenient.

    The wolf in sheep's clothing.

  • Wow..

    a young acid head

when i first took acid life was 10 times better for like 6 hours

  • Narcs!

  • fuck this

  • and i quote "as a psychologist, i have to tell you this"

  • I kind of respected what you said first. But this story and Hylians response really put you to shame. There is no physical dependence from acid. Like any drug, it is a tool and depends on the person taking it. It can be good or bad, like a shovel, you can use it to build a church.. or you can murder your wife with it

  • Srry my first language isnt english..what is a bumer? (if it is spelled right)

  • 'Bummer" means a downer, or something that brings you down, like getting bad on a math test or getting hurt, "AH what a bummer, i got a 60 on a math test!"

i probably didn't explain it very well :P

  • No, no you did it very well, thanks mate :)

  • You provided anecdotal evidence as proof of your claims? That's worthless.

LSD has been shown to be one of the least toxic substances known to man. Vitamin C and aspirin are markedly MORE harmful than acid.

What you described is not at ALL commonplace in people who use LSD. What happened to your friend is likely a manifestation of latent psychological complications that surfaced through LSD use, not from it.

And LSD hasn't ever been shown to "melt" brains or cause holes. Pure superstition.

  • There has been *NO* scientific validation whatsoever that LSD causes ANY irreparable physical damage to the body or brain. I defy you to provide sources for your baseless disinformation.

And whether enlightenment comes from meditation, or drug-induced states of altered consciousness, it does not matter. The fact remains that it can be life-changing; either for the better or worse. It all depends on the state of the psyche going IN to the trip.

  • @HylianSpirit You can't even OD on it. The only reason why people die is because of bad freaky trips. Who cares, if people take it it's their choice.

  • @HylianSpirit Meditation is great, and controlled experiments by medical professionals are great, but you are NOT a professional. MKULTRA: Most people find it harmless, but for a few people (and science cant explain why because its impossible to trace such a small dose) they react horribly at random. It would be like 1 in 10000 tobacco smokers going on a killing spree. Not many are harmed, but some are.

  • @JohnRPosey You do not necessarily have to be a professional to learn about your own mind. You're probably the most qualified to understand it; in fact, you absolutely are 98% of the time.

And people randomly going crazy? Those people are irresponsible having gone in to the trip in a negative state of mind, which is almost always the cause of panicky/scary trips. A killing spree is way too extreme; I'm not saying people haven't hurt themselves or others inadvertently, but it's quite uncommon.

  • @HylianSpirit We need to research the drug and find how it works, and also know that there is a possibility that it could harm you. If its extremely uncommon, that makes it even more dangerous, because it is more unpredictable. As for the exploration of the mind, I do that myself, but I use methods like meditation and TCM (Using a huge electromagnet as a pillow), not drugs, which is just studying how the mind short circuits. You cant learn how a computer works by looking at an electrical fire.

  • @JohnRPosey I absolutely agree that it should be researched. There's a LOT we don't know. There's possibly medical benefits to it, as well. It could possibly heal the minds of people with deep scars or traumas. But the government just won't fund it like it should be.

Also, yes: meditation is also a fool-proof way, but it also takes a lot of patience, practice and determination. Some drugs impart similar loss of ego experiences, and are essentially instantaneous.

A brave mind should be fine.

  • @HylianSpirit But you should research into an old program called Project MK ULTRA, or Project Artichoke. The government did decide to research LSD, along with hundreds of other psychotics. It was a failure, because it got fringey way too fast and some of the directors ended up trying to walk through walls. But you should start with no expectations, or else you may find the centuries new Radium. Once that was discovered, it was used to treat everything. Now we know how easily it causes cancer.

  • @JohnRPosey The primary difference between those programs, and any ones in the future is: The people in the former were given LSD without their consent or acknowledgment. Under such conditions, it's no wonder nobody went unscathed.

I know what you mean to imply, but Radium isn't LSD. LSD is remarkably non-toxic. Comparatively, it is even safer to ingest than Vitamin C and aspirin.

It all comes down to the person's own fortitude and pre-existing, latent psychological complexes.

  • @HylianSpirit I know I went overboard with the radium comparison, but (even though they arent anywhere near the same) the same principal governs them. People find that something does someone good. So they jump on it and act irrationally. I think you are on the right track, and your voice counts, but that it needs to be tested more. If it does the things it does in the video only from millionths of a gram, it might be possible to overdose, but nobodys dumb enough to take a whole gram!

  • The moral of this video: Live in a gray world and never figure yourself out.

  • that guy looks more like a child molester than a psychologist. XD

  • brainwasing that kid!!! dats not guna help anyone at all!!!

  • the kids like 12 and hes a frequent lsd user. lol

  • "Must learn to live in"... or drop acid ALL DAY LOOOOOONG! Everyone is "properly trained" to analyze and understand their own mind.

  • Why does Mr Kotter keep talking to that kid like he's reading dialogue from a Star Wars prequel?

  • fack

  • I thought he said boners at first.

  • Oh geeze wiz can't I just trip one more time mister? No!!!!!... but have you tried salvia?

  • here are some more facts 15yrs before this shrinks were perscribing LSD to patient to work thing out the us government used it on our boys and timothy leary and Albert Hoffman used it untill the age 90

  • That "psyco-logist" smoked more weed than I did in 20 years. The kid is trying to wake this guy up, but he wants his blue pill...the world you must learn to live in like a fucking slave......bummer....wtf.

    Unless you are properly trained....wtf.

If you don't understand your dreams, jump off a fucking cliff ya crackers. Film for sheep.

I had a dream that I came all over my wife until she looked like a glazed doughnut. Tell me what that means ya cracker "psychologist"

  • that green shirt should really be cool to watch on acid.

  • bad quality of pure propaganda

  • oh yeah...well it doesn't take a psychologist to tell you "what you feel on a trip doesn't fit with the real world"....everyone could have said that...

  • WTF is "having a bummer". I love the "you need a shrink" to "understand yourself." Absolute hogwash. And I agree--the little kid on multiple trips--gimme a break.

  • since when did 10 year old kids take acid and talk about such complex things...

  • it's all a propaganda

  • kids were a lot more mature than and in the 70's and 80's than they are now. New age kids are far less mature because they're all spoiled, most watch 8 hours of tv a day. They can't even go on a road trip without their fucking disney dvds and their video games for fuck sakes. Kids grew up fast back than cause their parents beat the piss out of them with belts if they didn't. Now they get a special little pill to take if they get rambunctious.

  • lol, my parents generation got shit-kicked by their parents as children, which explains why so many old people have such shitty dispositions. Beating your kid doesn't promote maturity, or "toughen them up", it turns them into assholes later in life which is essentially the same result as spoiling them.

  • Correct sir!

  • I did...and my name is Stephen Hawking.

  • Its a way of scaring parents to keep kids away from drugs. Besides, no one under like 16 can afford acid.

  • 3 bucks a pill.. think we can

well i got a good deal other wise 5 bucks

  • back in the 60s people were smarter
