@ :38 I swear I fixed her jet so many times when I was in Lakenheath, England. She always drove the plane hard and us techs would have to meet her at the taxiway to see if she over-G'd the plane. pilots don't know or care what they put the maintenance guys thru, but thank God for them!
Who cares what the gender is why is this a big deal? As long as all are American, get the same training, pass the same tests physically & intellectually, and can kick ass, then nothing else matters.
@dorightfearnothing I see the coverage of this not as being made a 'big deal' but as a nod to how times have change and to recognize a 'first' in regards to the all female crew and support personnel involved.
