This is a very interesting subject. So if we were genetically engineered to be slaves for this race of alien then I can only assume they left here never to return. If a qualified geneticist were to conclude as Pye does that the latest DNA test “prove beyond a reasonable doubt”, that the Starchild is part non-human then perhaps these initial results could be taken much more seriously by the scientific community as a whole. However, 10+ years and running, still the same, tired story, and still no evidence, and not a single scientist on the planet who agrees with Pye's conclusions.
Every scientific argument has an equally compelling scientific counter argument. One argument becomes popular belief and the other though believed by many scientists is unknown to the public and as such is alternative knowledge. CO2 emissions do not course global warming, the big bang never happened and dark energy does not exist yet this is accepted scientifically. Alternative knowledge is the science behind everything that is not accepted by the majority!
We have scientific proof that our sun is not a lone star. Most stars in the universe have binary or ternary companions so our sun would be odd if it did not have any companions. The observable known as precession proves that we have stars that we cannot see. Glen W Deen astrophysicist explains in his report how we have white dwarf and brown dwarf companion stars and or very close to a globular cluster. We cannot see these due to gravitational lensing. We are not alone!

@lemmyliquor Your logic is flawed. Yes, after evidence presented itself, the belief that the Earth was "flat" or at the centre of the solar system was rejected. There is no evidence for aliens however and since we disproved the "flatness" and "centre of the solar system" theories using science, how about we apply the same rigour to this as opposed to using the knowledge of 300 years ago.

This is a very interesting subject. So if we were genetically engineered to be slaves for this race of alien then I can only assume they left here never to return. They got what they needed and are gone. I say this because they have allowed us to develop in to the way we are now with no interference. Only ancient writings of how it all began. If a qualified geneticist were to conclude as Pye does that the latest DNA test “prove beyond a reasonable doubt”, that the Starchild is part non-human then perhaps these initial results could be taken much more seriously by the scientific community as a whole. However, 10+ years and running, still the same, tired story, and still no evidence, and not a single scientist on the planet who agrees with Pye's conclusions.

Every scientific argument has an equally compelling scientific counter argument. One argument becomes popular belief and the other though believed by many scientists is unknown to the public and as such is alternative knowledge. CO2 emissions do not course global warming, the big bang never happened and dark energy does not exist yet this is accepted scientifically. Alternative knowledge is the science behind everything that is not accepted by the majority!

We have scientific proof that our sun is not a lone star. Most stars in the universe have binary or ternary companions so our sun would be odd if it did not have any companions. The observable known as precession proves that we have stars that we cannot see. Glen W Deen astrophysicist explains in his report how we have white dwarf and brown dwarf companion stars and or very close to a globular cluster. We cannot see these due to gravitational lensing. We are not alone!

It was decided that no star can reach high enough temperature for the process of nuclear fusion to produce the heavier elements and as such it was concluded that all stars in the universe must have existed as a single star. Fred Hoyle PHD and nuclear physicists proved that one star can produce all known elements. People thousands of years ago also had their mysteries, nowadays called science, and at least as much fantasy as we have today. They also had logical thinking because no mystery survives it is completely illogical. Whatever they considered knowledge and truth was shared across cultures, just like today. There is no evidence for aliens however and since we disproved the "flatness" and "centre of the solar system" theories using science, how about we apply the same rigour to this as opposed to using the knowledge of 300 years ago.

Hmm it is interesting...
I don't think evolution and creationism/ all stories of creation from different civilisations/cultures should be forgotten though. There are still things to consider from them, especially as animals are easier to trace back... Which does seem odd how we are unable to trace ourselves more so.
Human defect point though, I think a lot of that does stem from the fact how humanity has survived together. Able to keep looking after the ill, than in the animal world..

I always marvel at how unexplainable events have been called something. Ancient History it was the gods, it was magic/sorcery in the Dark Ages full of superstition, and now we know the answer to what most likely caused these things, we laugh at the ignorant in the past.
