FYI, most koreans come to Philippines to learn english...and they're fuckin' worse in english than Filipinos..If some Filipinos have bad accent, Koreans don't even know a little bit of it! Filipino English teachers have difficulty teaching koreans..that they have to lower down their level for koreans to understand and learn english GRADUALLY! Seriously, so gradual!
