I did some simple research on the internet based on the knowledge that the Skopia "Macedonians" are in fact Bulgarian. So I found that most Bulgarians are the direct descendants of the Thracians. The Bulgarians also have some Hellenic ancestry , this is probably why they were so easily manipulated into thinking they were descended from the real Hellenic Macedonians. The Bulgarians should probably take back the ancient name of their Thracian ancestors and drop the Mongolian Bulgar name.

I did some simple research on the internet based on the knowledge that the Skopia "Macedonians" are in fact Bulgarian. So I found that most Bulgarians are the direct descendants of the Thracians. The Bulgarians also have some Hellenic ancestry , this is probably why they were so easily manipulated into thinking they were descended from the real Hellenic Macedonians. The Bulgarians should probably take back the ancient name of their Thracian ancestors and drop the Mongolian Bulgar name.
