What, exactly, does "perfect citizen" have to do with protecting air traffic control and power lines, linguistically? What connection is there between title and apparent mission?
It doesn't matter really though, just go dark. Freenet uses encryption even the NSA can't crack and it's only the start. Get off your windows and apple doormats and get into a nice, clean, secure linux install, learn to use strong crypto and give these fuckers the finger.
Also, ROFL at the NSA describing a plan that is patently impossible to implement without doing exactly what they insist they're not going to do. Not like the NSA has ever lied before about spying on domestic citizens. Noo, there was never a big scandal about that.
Of course, all this to-do over cyber-security has *nothing* to do with protecting our country and all to do with giving the government the excuse to perform full scale domestic spying. There are numerous methods of ensuring cyber security without resorting to such extreme and invasive methods (and certainly without having to drag the NSA into it)
We can see the direction the global elite are taking, taking being the operative word. By the time this is in full swing the imperfect people will be silenced and the perfect 'citizen' will not care what they do, because, 'the government loves me and would never hurt me or do anything to cause me harm'.... ha ha ha

Time to get rid of all these secret agencies that citizens cannot monitor and protect our Liberty against.
