My guess. The cat is sitting still in the bucket because the cloth is covering its ears. For some reason that makes cats not want to move a muscle. Don't believe me, cover up your cat's ears and see what happens. No force needed you can be gentle. :) I'm not saying your kitty will love it, but it is very interesting and drives home how much they use their ears to get around. >^..^<

@Crissssy101 Possibly, but I don't think that works for every cat, especial one that's not very tame or docile. My cat is the most docile kitty I have ever seen and I found that covering his eyes makes him tense, and he wouldn't move a muscle. I think this cat just doesn't feel like moving and the owner placed the towel on his head because it's cute.
