For insurance there are numerous clauses pertaining to coverage, premiums, pay-outs, and other things, all of which were mandated by the Fed. Govt. They're there in black and white. If the Dept. of Agriculture wants to raise the price of, oh, say, wheat, for instance, they can then tell you to stop producing wheat and burn your crop if you accept a subsidy.
