hey can some one tell me if these type of homes depreciate in value. I have been searching the net for a while now but i keep getting mixed signals.

two different style garage doors ,design looks generic, i bet they spent more in retaining walls and pavers then on the boxy looking house ..was the architect a 12 yr old?

@glenmann62 I dont like this home personally but boxy is affordable for the footage. I plan on doing something simular. I could design luxury but I want to be debt free fast so boxy is in. As long as the interior makes up for it. I personally like a average exterior...gives robbers 1 more reason to pass me by and target someone who looks like they have alot of money. Also I do not live outside my home and I dont care to look at anyone elses.
