@vehfd Have both artists material and both are superb writers with a great rap skills, in terms of narrating a lyrical story with subtexts and meanings I would say Rakim is the better artist, possibly the same reason why he isn't as big as Em and other artists is because of his style it simply isn't 'pop' enough. In terms of flow I would say em is a little stronger with a varied selection of songs that can appeal to the general populace as well as aficionados.
