Buddy, I was having trouble keeping my motivation to practice up until I saw your videos. I love your playing!! I don't want to stop until I'm that good! That may never happen, but you never know...
@WadeSeaton Thanks for the kind comments. I REALLY do need to post some new videos soon. My playing has progressed since my last posts, thanks in part to Joe's harps. I'll be posting a new video for him as well. I'm sure that anyone could do what I do - nothing special, just many hours practicing on the back porch as a kid. Terry McMillan was a huge influence. You should check out his 2 albums too.
Nice review but I could just as easily justify buying a B-Radical Harmonica. B-Radical Harmonica's are completely opened up at that back and have a very different response and feel without any tweaking needed.
@rawmark Thanks for your comment, but the B-Radical doesn't even come close to a Stage 3 custom from Joe Spiers. In fact, Joe even customized my B-Radical in the key of A and it plays much better. Joe also recently joined the Harrison Harmonicas team to assist with setting up future B-Radicals.
Thanks! I have a Sony HD camera, but sometimes I'll use an Avalon vt737sp preamp along with a Neumann TLM103 mic. However, in this video, I just used the camera only - no other hardware.
Your right about buying harmonicas. I have several dead ones at about 40 dollars a pop. I checked out Joe Spiers site and it looks like even 300 dollars is a deal just to stop buying harmonicas that end up being crappy in short order. Paerhaps I tend to toot on them too hard. One thing, if you had to pick a key and only one for blues which would it be?
Great stuff - I totally agree with you about the investment into a proper instrument. If only there were 5 more Joes out there. I am going to go ahead and put an order in.

@AceOfHarps Good to know Joe. Thanks for your reply. Hopefully, the newer models of the B-Radical will be even more radical in the future!
