You're a good person because ... you hate Hitler. Think about this: our society indoctrinates us to hate certain things and we do. So, if YOU lived under other circumstances, in other times, in, uh, another place (say, Germany), you'd be a follower then, too. That, to my mind, is a bigger insult than "douche." :)
