Yes, I read the "Stage Combat" on this video but if you got into a real sword fight with a modern fencer or time travelling viking or something would what you learned here help?

@qwertyuiop298 Most of it's based on real techniques, so yes. Might be a disadvantage against a time travelling Viking to have the reflex of stopping your hits before contact, though.
