My only critique is that I think it worked a bit better as a purely silent piece. I can't really place why - but I think more could have been shown and not told with this.
I am sorry to hear of your mental malady, I would advise you to try the latest breakthrough in attention disorders: Vivanse, it must be orally ingested to activate its main ingredient, lisdexamfetamine dimesylate. just remember that the actual medication doesnt do anything until an enzyme in the body converts the medicine into the active drug. and the film won because a panel of judges deemed it worthy of winning. see they've pursued film to learn what is worthy of an award and what isn't.

Good little film--as a fellow filmmaker I would say that it could do with a faster pace, less redundant narration, and a bigger variety of shots. Congrats on the win!
well, as someone having nothing to do with filmmaking, i must say that at the end of this "little film" i felt i had been bombarded with so much carefully crafted art there is no surprise to why this "little film" won...and as for pacing, well, i thought that the best filmmakers were those who could pace their movies as slow as they wanted never allowing them to feel tiring or boring...i was never tired or bored...once again i know "nothing" about filmmaking this is just my view...great job!
I do enjoy this, but the sound was too loud and distorted for my taste. Maybe next time just silent, or music? Good job, however. (:

The Cinematography in this video is excellent.

Just a personal opinion - very well done.

Why did this win? It doesn't hold my attention.

Well one reason it won was because the film festival wasn't based on your attention span.

This is great work! What did you shoot it in?

We shot it with a small DV camera but surprisingly it came out pretty well.
