Very nice, I usually just go into File-Properties of the project and choose HDV 720 template, and usually all my footage adjusts itself to have a fitting aspect ratio. And the quality is great.
It would be nice to see how you awesome amv makers manage to make your footage in higher quality...For instance I notice some amv makers have their amvs in 1080p even though most sources, unless their BluRay are 720p or 480p...Basically the nice pretty encoding I'm sure they do somewhere along the way lol
@KawattakunAMV its hard to explain since im still a newbie..imagine mask on a keyframe looks perfect if u follw the dots positioning...but in reality the applied mask is from the frame before..ive read about sum1 else meeting this prob..its not about the ghostly frames..ty for trying to find out my problem tho
@KawattakunAMV the thing is i got raw mkv's so basically 24 fps..i use a converter and convert em into avi or wmv's at 29.97 fps...then use as project settings 29.97 fps....its not about frames that appear interlaced like in reu's tutorial....just that sumtime...not like a certain masked keyframe....lets say i draw the mask for 5th keyframe...sumtime it shows the 5th keyframe image....but the mask i used in 4th...and even if i go back to the 5th and see the mask lines are drawn corectly...
I'm sorry to say Reu but you are offically the killer of analogies , so therefore I ban you for using anymore or face the rath of Romona.
You have too much time on your hands, Next time you should do a lil on 3D XD or or get vdub to work cos some ppl like me and tani... throw rocks at it XP
was wondering a problem with masking in vegas..sumtime if u mask frame by frame...vegas(at least mine) has a habbit of often showing the wrong mask..usually the previous keyframe mask at the wrong frame...anyway to fix that?

I have another proverb. Build a man a fire, warm him for a day. Set a man on fire, warm him for the rest of his life.

My speciality. So many editors mess this up, even experienced and amazing editors.
