U R pretty dont do the diet but I do the compression suits,colostrum and the dmso,msm combination and there has been such a difference in my appearance. 7 shakes a day I cant do it.

Try ebay but this is what I have done because I hate the smell(fishy) I get lotion and pour the msm powder into it and let it blend(Nivea lotion not cream). She did the compression suits in one of her videos and they do work not sure when she started wearing them though.

@SugarMami you're right but I simply didn't clarify, I don't buy processed lunchmeat, I bought sliced meat ready for sandwiches from the deli that were simply sliced from the meat (like a whole ham or a whole chicken breast). I call it lunchmeat but I guess I shouldn't. Thank you for pointing that out...and really I still shouldn't say "NO" processed food, almost everything is processed in some way except my meat veggies & fruits

ok im cheap as hell too but whats the website name exactly because the 12 week starter kit is like 538 so if you found something cheaper and still just as effective let me know please plus your sooo pretty you carry your weight well
