@gpyers91 The video footage you are watching was developed internally by Activision and before Neversoft took over. You should see a lot of differences between this video and the retail (Neversoft) version.

The version released had Bruce Willis as the star. This is the unreleased version with him as the sidekick. So all you cats saying this was released are a bit wrong. Or at least just sorta' right and sorta' wrong at the same time...

I'm glad this was never released. I used to play Apocalypse back in the old days :) Bruce Willis was my big idol back then, because of this game, and the Die Hard movies aswell.

well to be fair it says UNRELEASED BETA and in the description it states "Enjoy this rare video footage of the never released cancelled APOCALYPSE (developed by Activision Santa Monica) for PlayStation"
so it sort of indicates the game wasn't released at all

No, not this version you didn't, the version you'll have is the one were you control Bruce Willis directly, unlike here where he is running around as your backup.
