Productivity is a result of Efficiency, and not energy efficiency like some are talking right now, but COMPLETE Efficiency... if you don't know the Baselines of your business how can you improve it?... if your Equipment isn't kept and operated properly how can you depend on it?... if your organization has no good workers communication & training how can you get people to do the right things?... get it? Process, Equipment, Personnel, the core elements.... get the Industrial Efficiency Triangle.
Why "ask your Mom to prepare the most amazing breakfast you ever love" (13:00)? Why not prepare it yourself? Why not ask your Dad or parents (if you're addressing people too young to cook for themselves)? Don't you think this is reinforcing stereotypical gender roles that marginalize women?
What's with the victimization? And how does it marginalize women?
Genders have role's that naturally attract them more than others. I'll give you the example of electronic engineering, most women aren't attracted to it. Just in my university out of roughly 100 students that enter every year less than 10 of them are women.
We are of equal value, but we aren't the same physically hence different roles.
Women don't need to try be like men and vice versa.
