SemiPro I'm only 5 9 and I dunk nonstop. I m in my high school's bball team and my dunking intrigues everyone (like the girls haha). It was truthfully really simple, I just followed the nba training program over at "50inch vertical [dot] com" - I m sure you can probably do it too

SemiPro I'm simply a 5'6 chinese kid and I am able to dunk easily. Anybody can certainly do it, just follow the right training program. I followed the one from (50 inch vertical [dot] com) but any workout is good if they work that is... lol
