  • Check out this NEW CAMERA MOUNT on my page. It works great and I love it

  • I've been using the Cam Caddie for a few months now and it gets the job done pretty damn well. $38 on Amazon, steady shots, attachment for lights or mics or a monitor as well. I suggest checking it out before buying one of these.

  • OR STICKY TAPE A MONOPOD TO YOUR BELT! Na im just kidding, go buy yourself a steadicam lol this is a waste of money.

  • what about running?

  • Hallo, sind Sie der Bruder von Frankenberger, der das Bayersiche Rauchverbot inszeniert hat ?

  • "Can even get some cool shots behind me if I wanted to. I DUNNO WHY YOU'D DO THAT..." Why? e.g. WALKING SHOTS of people moving toward the camera: place the camera reversed on the LEFT SHOULDER, swivel the cam monitor toward you, shoot and walk in the SAME DIRECTION as the people your subjects. This allows you to see where you're going without assistance (especially around corners). As for steadiness, it's not as smooth as a Glidecam etc, but wearing sneakers and flexing from the knees helps.

  • does it work for panasonic hdc-hs60

  • @pothumarti Absolutely will work great with the hdc-hs60

  • I'm pretty scpetical about things like this, but I like it. It seems like a great tool to have alone with a tripod, monopod and or a steadicam (if you can afford one). I going to buy very soon.

  • Is this device suitable for much smaller camcorders such as average cosumer Sony Handycams (with 1/4 screw head)?

  • Absolutely. It works with our Sony SR11 just fine, great for making a small camera feel larger so there is less jiggle and more floating.

  • @dvestore does it work with the sony bloggie cm-5

  • Does it come with the belt harness?

  • Yes, belt harness is included. Everything you need to get going for $99!

  • pretty dope and quick fix tool for sweeping shots and camera tilting maneuvers as you pulled, but what about walking shots.

  • What if you wanna walk.. its still gonna be shaky

  • @deused Unless you're using a Steadicam, You're goning to have shakey videos. I'm pretty scpetical about things like this, but I like it. It seems like a great tool to have alone with a tripod, monopod and or a steadicam (if you can afford one).

  • what kind of this videocamera..

    canon L-1 or LX-1 or L-2

  • Its an XL1

  • hi benny,

thank and i wish want one this XL-1

  • is XL-1 can working in windows XP for a video download and upload

  • I'm pretty sure it's a Canon XL2

  • Its an XL2

  • $99 bucks for a stick? It sounds a little expensive!

  • it LOOK expensive..

    NOT sound

  • In 4 yrs have you ever thought the camera got a bit heavy? On one gig I shot Behind the Scenes for 10 hours. The SteadyStick would have been a lifesaver - my shoulder was toast the next few days.

  • Well this thing claims that it cures the camera shake problem. What I am trying to say is it does not cure that if you try to walk with it. People might think that it gives a steadicam like performance. This video is just misleading. Well it's only use is as you said it helps you arm to carry the load for long shots.

  • While this device might not be that revolutionary for cameras that do have a shoulder mount, it can be a lifesaver for consumer DV cameras. I've seen a walking demo of the stick and while smoothness not as good as a real steadycam, it is overall much better than the shaky result of handheld shooting.

  • I have a belly button

  • Thanks, i think i need one.
