Leave it to Brazilians to incorporate dancing into EVRYTHING! I only learned about Ginastica here on youtube and use it in my workouts; it is VERY effective and obviously something you can do alone while still working on some drills.
i am a very big Ginastica Natural beleiver and i think it should be mandatory for every bjj schools. it helps you with movement, wich is very important, and it also very good for creativity. not to mentioned it's a whole lotta of fun!
