Good New Thrash Metal Bands Part 1/20

I Liked Hexen, (felt most original of these, and a killer bass guitar intro!) Havoc (overall sounded very good and got me interested), and Mantic Rituals alot (good voice style, and good sound too) others aren't bad either but these stepped out the most for me :)

1 thing I like about Thrash is that the genre mixes the brutality of the more extreme genres of metal with the melodies of Iron Maiden guitars

What really turns me off about the new wave of thrash bands today is the fact that a lot of them sound like Testament copycats, riff-wise. Don't get me wrong the music isn't all that bad, I just think a lot of the scene lacks originality.

@RETLAW18 Not to be a douche but even the first wave of old school thrash bands sounded like rip offs themselves. Slayer sounded like Venom-junior, Anthrax found a sale at the Maiden/Priest store and Metallica borrowed a riff or two from Diamond Head. Trust me when I say they all get better as time goes on. Listening to Gama Bomb's first album and their latest release is like night and day. The same can be said for 90% of the bands in this list
