What truly amazes me is that we both come from such wealthy countries...and that there are still children in need all over our planet. In the USA alone it's estimated that 3.5 million people are homeless. But what is really shocking about this number is that the average age of a homeless person in America is 9 years old. And this is nothing compared to some countries.
