  • He also never auscultates the carotids, a test that is specific for aortic valve stenosis.

  • This video is good, but in both parts 1 and 2 he skips the inspection of the peripheral vasculature: (i.e. central cyanosis, digital clubbing, perhipheral hair loss, oedema, etc.) The cardiovascular exam is not just an exam of the heart!
