Buju has already been in jail for quite a long time. The question is if he will go to prison. I doubt that he will be sent to prison, and frankly he's been in jail long enough now that if he's permanently deported then I will consider his punishment to be sufficient.

Then again, I'm not exactly sure of the rights of those detained under custody in the US. We have probation in the UK in all but the most serious crime.
