At 2:19 it incorrectly states that Thomas Elkins invented the refrigerator in 1879. Elkins' patent describes a low-tech cooler--not a refrigerator. Oliver Evans proposed a mechanical refrigerator based on a vapor-compression cycle in 1805, and Jacob Perkins had it built in 1834.
