This is the classic nerdy, stupid movie from the 90's which should have been a straight to video joke... but it turned into a cult classic, IMO, and its actually super funny with great characters but not in the way it was created to be. I have some 'sketchy,' thug style friends (so to speak) that know penny pester by heart. Lol.
