@8L4CK10TU5 Good observation! My guess would be the words 'An All" which is a standard voice-over script used of tv show promos during commercial breaks. For example: "An all new (show name) episodes returns next week on the Travel Channel" I'm sure that it is those words and the reason we hear it so brief is because it was abruptly edited out. Hope I helped. :)
