The crappy extension as you say has brought significant benefits to East and South East London it was too difficult to connect Charing Cross to the extension
Ironically the New Charing Cross is made up of the old Trafalgar Square and Strand Stations
How good of the chap to let you down there...its good people have a passion for something and share it...rather than just seeing their job as a rat race way to just make money
@No1RailwayEnthusiast I must confess that I WAS old enough to use Charing Cross - I traveled from Canons Park to Charing Cross from 1979 to 1987. Almost always a seat and a smooth ride. Sorry it has been closed (for the time being, at any rate).
So it's just the Jubilee platforms at Charing Cross that have been closed is it? And is it a temporary thing or has it been like this for a while? I'm puzzled.
there are plans to use that tunnel for a DLR extension, jubilee extension is not crappy, OK

this used to be the jubilee terminus platform until the extension was built. Wonder what they will do with this platform?

@Sids60sSounds Because there's a cyclops living down there. It's too risky letting the public in.

Where abouts in Charing Cross is that? I have always wondered lol.
Nice video though, I was too young to remember when Jubilee Line served Charing Cross.
