@EnvoyofApollo Here in India, you find every women depends more on her kajal than lipstick, believe it or not. Kajal is basically black eyeliner that you wear on your waterline. I find that some of the brands here in India make very good kajal or eyeliner which you can use on your waterline. So, if you have a friend who's staying in India, ask her what she uses. Not only does kajal stay on the waterline but it's amazingly dark and deep because that's what Indian women want.
