what a dead crowd [2] I wish I could be at the show and sing, jump, and scream with Serena. shame I live in Brazil and I can't see her live. so I listen to her albums :)
Totally agree with you all. Serena has that special rare live performing talent that makes you yearn for more. Yes, the SC audience was a wee bit mellow. The best part of the Serena story is that these are early days and we can all look forward to much more blossoming talent coming from this lovely lady from the great north snow country. Go Serena!!
This is a seriously good live set. Serena joins a long list of great artists to come out of Canada. My favorite north of the border artist to emerge since Shaye.
Excellent live version of "Little Bit of Red". The instrumental portion has matured since it was first released... but her super-energy, talent and unique phrasing remain.
My fledgling band is hoping to cover little bit o' red... like trying to cover a large statue with a pillow case. It's all up to our female vocalist... can she channel Serena for a few raspy, soulful minuetes? Well see.
Also, totally liked "All for Love". However, the audience reaction in SC is way too subdued.
I was there! I can see me holding up my camera in the second row! Serena is incredible! She mingled with everyone after the show. She is so sweet and such an amazing singer songwriter. Can't wait to see her again!! Love the CD too!!
Just discovered her last night when I heard "Weak In The Knees For You" on the car radio while driving home in a Saskatchewan blizzard. I think she is amazing! The emotion really slays me. I would love to see her sing something with Steve Perry aka Journey fame, wonder if he has heard her? Check her out Steve! Just my opinion.

If I didn't know anything about Serena Ryder and someone told me that this was from a concert in 1974 I probably would've believed it. I dig it.
