This show is soooo FAKE. First of all it is American = FAKE. Second of all it is REALITY TV = FAKE. Third, and the MOST obvious, is that there are tons of other bidders there, and NONE of them EVER wins; only the stars of the show win.

@theauctionguydan They are there just to be on television? Even so, which some of them may very well be, there should still be other people bidding and winning besides the stars of the show.

@YambidiBlamBlam People win the bids all of the time, But when someone besides the players on the show win the bid, the cameras drop and we move on to the next, however when someone on the show does win the bid, without changing the outcome of this legal process we do a retake on the same unit and just show action between the players. It is all about the players on the show. This is a common question, I hope I have cleared things up for you and everyone.

I think Dan and his wife both do great as auctioneers. Not so easy to speak so fast and keep track of the bids. You can tell they have the same style and Dan probably taught her how.

Have you ever had the person who owns the unit show up or get angry at the people who buy their stuff either during or after the fact?

Funny nobody mentions what a great auctioneer Dan is, concentrating more on the "easy" money/negative comments.If you think it's easy to be an auctioneer, get your license and try it.

Same with buying these units. It's a hell of a lot of work, lots of times losing money, breaking even or making a very small profit. The big hits don't happen as frequently as you might think.

Come on out, bid to win and find out for yourselves.

Think about it folks..TV only shows the "great treasure deals" which are about 1 out of 14. The rest of those 'Deals" will yeild you 5 to 12 % above your costs.. that is.. if you are consistant. This Note is only to encourage you NOT to overbid.. I attend these auctions and I hate having you drive the bid so high,and I am too smart to follow you. But just becasue YOU lose on your investment is no consolation for me that this happened to you.. it just screws up the playing field for the resale

Dan, I'm loving the show, I'm hooked. The only thing is that I would like a little more honesty from the producers, like a disclaimer that all those "WoW Factor" finds are rather rare. Too many Americans throwing hard earned money away, thinking that this is their way out. It takes hard work to make it in this business.

Glad you are enjoying the show. There are allot of new buyers out there. Some of them are doing great and others are still in the learning curve. We all have to understand that you have to move allot of stuff to find the rare nuggets, in the mean time learn to double or triple your money with buying the units at the right price. And of course this is hard work for anyone that does not already know it.
