I like the tutorials kostya gives in this vid. but if you watch vids of tyson on the heavybag, you'll see how fast he was for a heavyweight and his style of rhythm/timing.

Kostya tszyu was the best amateur fighter for the Russia system. but also a terrific demostrator with all the biomechanical principals in punching.many have demontresions, how to hit the heavy bag, but most they dont have a clue about the

biomechnical principals that apply to boxing punches. I hope that this master demonstretes more skills, as how to hit the punch mitts and others skills.

He'd be a great Boxing trainer. So much experience. He had 270 amateur fights, which is why he did not need to fight many pro fights, he was already seasoned when he made his pro debut. He is a legend and one of my favourite fighters of all time.

lots of repeating gives a muscle memory. then, when you throw the punch, the hands know themselves what to do. i can say that on my experience after about 6 years of not attending the boxing gym.. the speed is not like before, but the technic is still present. :-) good video!!!
