  • Very very nice execution! I learned that form long time ago with my shifu Dai Shi Zhe in Venezuela! Master Wu Shong Fa is my Shi-Shu!

    Regards!

  • Why all the puases ?? Even Tai-Chi hits much faster than this.

  • XD...i can't stop laughing at those finishing stance. OMG.....I wonder why did u ever consider putting it on U-tube. Honestly, ur timings r all wrong, did u learn this from a book or wot???

  • Then you must have never seen wutang baji before. Its real baji. shame yourself

  • Yes of course it is a real Bhaji, but with most of the stances missing in between. It is like he learned from a book or something- shortcut version, definitely not from a master I can tell. He had no concept of the timing, the distance and the positioning. And if you really believe that was authentic, you are absolutely a naive kiddo. ----------陕西张式八极拳

  • This is wutan baji quan, GM Liu Yun Qiao Linage, from Li Shu Wen. Something similar to Huo Style Baji but more has changed.

Wutan Baji Quan doesn't seems to have unify style, and the student of 3rd generation seems to had obvious differences than GM Liu Yun Qiao... Only very few still follow strictly in their baji movement, and Master Wu is one of them, you can compare the video on youtube.

  • @kelvonet Well he can never perform like that when he learned from video or something.

He seems as if he trained several years at least. I mean its "real" authentic baji.

It's much more difficult and painful when you perform "very slow" like that.

Because mastering Wutang baji need you to reinforce legs and waist.

I'm learning baji now, and I think the movements of my teacher and this guy are very similar.

If you tried to learn this form, you would know how difficult it is.

  • Hi Bro Wong, I'm from Singapore and I trained under Master Wu for a short while many years ago in KL. I still remember you performing Baji Xiaojia at that time. Is Shifu still teaching today?

  • pretty good:)

  • this is the beginner form, and could be considered chi kung as well.after jing is issued, the posture is held for 6 to 24 breaths, concentrating your energy and intent into the end of the extremity(baji means 8 extremes).this form builds into da baji(large frame)

  • Excellent form. I learned with my Master Tai She Che kung fu bother's Master Woo Song Fa

  • A good "Nei Jia Quan (Internal Martial Art)" &

"Wai Jia Quan (External Martial Art)".

At Last their "THings" will be go into VERY SIMPLE & CONCISE "0" & "1" FORMS.

So what u say NOTHING & Hard to See.

Again when people reach "0"="Yin" this people is nearly the SAINT Level.

So FORM WITHOUT FORM... BUT there is "SOMETHING"..........

If you can SEE Thrus It.. Not even the martial art, Your day live will

    be changed Even......

Please Think Maybe I am WRONG!! p 6/6

  • You will be curious Why I use the "0" & "1".. related to Martial Arts.

"0" & "1" is our CHinese People say "Yin" & "Yang"

So like "Wai Jia Quan (External Martial Art)" is a lot of Combination BITS easy to see thru.. p 5/6

  • For example, Our computer Language "0" & "1"

Todays, Computer change our WHOLE World.

    From 2bits, 4bits, 16bits, 32bits, 64bits, 128bits, 256bits....

    all are from "0" & "1"

Like Mathematics Theory,,, Binary theory: 2 power of 2 is 4,

    4 power of 2 is 16,,, ALL are from "0" & "1" p 4/6

  • As I said Baji, XingYi, XinYiLiuHe, Bagua, TaiChi... are all belong to

"Nei Jia Quan"... Without Explosive POWER. It is very Hard for us to

apply out their Usage or Combat Value. Also, their FORMS are too

CONSICE!!! HARD TO SEE Through their usages! !

it is because there are to SIMPLE & CONcise!! Like a

Chinese Simple Word "Yin" & "Yang".

But this two words "Yin" & "Yang" can create infinity of Things..

All the things is from it... p 3/6

  • I see thru' many martial arts & read a lot of Wushu

& Beside Wushu Theory Books also.

I mean ANCIENT CHINESE MARTIAL ART BOOKS. WRITTEN IN ANCient words

Then I realise 0.01% of it. YIN & YANG..... NATURAL....

    Until today I realized.

Everyone is blaming Others martial arts are Not Good others Are Goods.

What I can said Today Not the particular Martial art is Not Good

Is OURSELVES are NOT GOOD. p 2/6

  • Hi Victor Bro,

In 1998 this is a Very Basic Level practise... In this

Xiao (Small) Baji Form there are three level of Training..

Even You reach or Complete the 3 types of Level training.

A lot of Participants still can't apply out their Usage

Frankly speaking in Year 1998 (being learn for 7-8 yrs). I can

play my form in Good manner way but for application sense still

very VERY little only or even NULL. Then I STOP my Baji for

    7-8 years.

    Then I Looking for New Journey !!! p 1/6

  • Nice, but what is the main objective in training the form in that manner, pls enlighten me as I do not see any combat value in it.

The reason being u cannot apply Jing in multi varible action or moving object ie: a human body with that kind of fixed & harden

    strike.

    TQ!
