aha did it, if it doesnt work go to control panel, system and security, firewall the allow program link on firewall button and press the change settings button then that will let you press a button further down the window (scrole) and press allow other program then brows for the program in your drive, program files, XBlist then the program. then it should work when you sign in to xbox.com and restart XBlist!!!!!!!!!!!!

yes u can all u have 2 do is go to system settings then gamer profiles then delete it and then recover gamertag and it won,t have a passcode on try it it might work
