Perhaps in the new climate sweeping the nation, people will see Rod the Comedian for what he is. The days of spouting division fear, separation, and all the things people like Parsley do will be a distant memory. For God's sake it is time for a true discourse and serious thinking instead of this type of hysterical ignorance done in the name of God.

It is a problem because Parsley and others of his stripe believe in an "end times" Armageddon type of thing. I don't want them or any who think like that to be remotely close to a nuclear button. They are fanatics who spout gibberish and divide people. John McCain got cozy with John Hagee and now Rod Parsley. No thank you.

This country is losing the freedom we have fought so hard for. I certainly don't agree with the comments of the pastors but I do believe it is their right to endorse anyone they want for president and it is wrong to reject that endorsement. McCain denounced their statements and called then dispicable. That I aplaude. To deny their free right to choose a presidential candidate to back is, in my opinion wrong. Same with Wright. The fault was on Obama for going there 20 yrs.

I tend to think that these people are far more dangerous than Reverend Jeremiah Wright. The galling thing is that Rev. Wright's comments got more airplay in the media than Hagee or this clown!

Like John Hagee, Parsley is another one of what Jesus called "Blind Guides". This sort of "spiritual leader" is just a politician dressed in sheep's clothing. Not much truth coming out of any of them. Christians should be meek as lambs, not dumb as sheep.
