  • this is such a cool commercial yet such a fantasy....bc in real life random people out and about and around wouldnt randomly gather around the town's Christmas tree hold and hands and start singing....that would be nice and fun...but it wouldnt happen sadly....i guess people are more to themselves these days who knows.

  • wow! this really does remind me of my childhood I would have been around 6 when this aired I must have been watching a charlie brown christmas,or frosty the snowman,or some other christmas classic when this aired. funny how somtimes a song can evoke a memory of times gone by! this is awsome and i still drink coke too!

  • I heard this song when I was seven. And decided in my seven year old heart and mind, my concept of God.

  • back when Christmas was Christmas and everyone had fun and nobody complained about it, and if you didn't like it or celebrated something else you were free to and there was no bitching about it all; better times.

  • I was 13 - seems like a lifetime ago. Thanks for posting this!

  • The orginal add was over one minute long with people from different races singing!!

  • I was 11 yrs old

  • I was 1 at Christmastime 1978. wonderful commercial.

  • I'd like to buy the world a TAB...... KIDDING!

  • I don't remember any other comercial becoming this populare this fast since they made tis one. we used to look forward to them playing it and we even learned the whole song version they put out so we could sing it during christmas carroling because it became such a requested song. thanks for the memories

  • Man. This was the best year of my life. I was four.

  • I love this. I was 7 years old. I love Coca-Cola.

  • I was nine years old when I saw this, ahhhh, good memories!!!Thanks for sharing!!

  • Pay attention. Not once was I offended by anything, It's the wrong site to be posting about how he hates his job. That is all I was saying. You reply with, "live your lie as others die. How cute" and "Happy thoughts can block out reality". What is wrong with you? Maybe not only therapy, but consider detox also.

  • Apparently you are very upset, maybe you need to take a pill

  • who cares about your stupid job?!?!? The commercial is a good one from many of our childhoods. Try going to therapy and quit ruining this for the rest of us! (NO I DON'T WORK FOR COKE!!)

  • Yes live your lie as others die. How cute. Happy thoughts can block out reality. Don't work for coke huh> Maybe you should I bet they need someone like you with no heart.

  • I'm not too sure what any of that meant. What I am trying to say to you is that people come to this site to reminisce and instead have to hear about how many hours a day you worked at Coke. Personally, i don't like Coke. I don't drink it, buy it or endorse it. But when I was little, I liked this commercial. So post away if it makes you happy. But I still suggest therapy.

  • The very fact that you do not know what any of that means and that you are offended by people exposing a crime says to me that you are the one in need of therapy.

  • @angelcrusher420

This made my day!! After years of this nonsense, I get a "FUCK YOU"! You are the best!!!

  • You post amazingly well for a dead girl.

  • Coca cola and all the bullshit they promote about happiness and family and yet i had to quit working for them because they work thier employees to death. i had to quit just so i could get some rest !!!!

  • @angelcrusher420 i would love to buy you a coke for your hard work. there are a lot of things they never show im sure. it sounds like a military unit.

    how was the pay?

  • The pay was not all of that. The thing that makes no sense is the attention coke calls to family and it does not care about the work load put on thier MANUAL LABOR employees. The office and sales dept. ALL go home for the holidays and night shifts and spend time with thier families. The hard workers do it ALL .

  • And NO ONE there EVER bought me a coke. It was in Morrilton Arkansas !!!!

  • it seems its always like that.

the worker bee always get screwed.

  • I dont know if you were taking a shot at me and implying that im black.....but im not....ill bet you work in the office at coke though?!!

  • Dear All,

I have a question about maket tactic of Coca-Cola:

*What is the tactic(s) and method(s) that Coca-Cola promotes its culture diversity for its products?

THANK YOU IN ADVANCE for your answer!!! :)

  • I loved this commercial! -sigh- Why can't they make them like this anymore?

  • I totally agree, this is a timeless classic which I am sure would be highly popular amongst all ages if it was to be re run.

  • @KiharuKitty because life is too techno..gotta~go! It makes me think of the simpler days when we weren't on the computer or stuck in our own homes all the time...family mattered! Good thoughts and I agree with you! 100%

  • @KiharuKitty because some ding-a-ling out there would remind of the realistic fact that you can't possibly buy the whole world a coke...we live in a world with no imagination any more..

  • staré jak něco

  • ne manca un pezzo lo sto cercando intero da mo'

    intanto archivio questo

    grazie

  • peccato che il video duri solo 29"

  • Reminds me of the Charlie Brown X-Mas special on CBS

  • YEah!!!!!
