Milotic is still badass, but in gen 3 Light Screen Milotic was probably the best wall in the game, with no weaknesses with Light Screen active, amazing Sp. Defense combined with a good Defense boosted by Marvel Scale which can be achieved with Rest. With Surf and Ice Beam or Toxic as final moves, I never experienced it die through the whole Battle Frontier once. Wonder Guard Sableye was awesome too, and of course Medicham as you said. He's starting to collect dust.

@MrHahayousuck1 hes only real use is on baton passing teams and even then their better baton passers,and better duel screeners,and if you run a special sweeper set other special sweepers like alakazamwill outspeed you and most likely OHKO with shadow ball or something.Not to mention not alot of people use UU pokes

@superskarmfan2 Tri attack is a normal type, it just have the chance of freeze, burn or paralize the pokemon, but it counts as a normal type attack

@GRAPHI202 use vs seeker in a double battle, your first two pokemon should be a keckleon and the one with hidden power, use hidden power on keckleon. i don't know about the power of hidden power though. :D

well metagross' shadow ball was something bad since shadow ball was a great move on it in gen 3 and also typhlosion's thuderpunch. But other pokemon have their plus points. Eg Shadow ball became special so it used it commonly on Alakazam

When you get to Kanto (after the pokemon league) you will find a pal park around Fushia city, where the old Safari Zone was located. By inserting your Ruby game into the bottom of your DS, you will be able to migrate pokemon from your Ruby pc boxes to the pal park, where you can pick them up. (Pretty sure you've figured this out, it's been half a year)

Old video, but I'll voice my opinion anyway.

I honestly think that maybe Typhlosion was nerfed making the transition, losing the special Thunderpunch of Gen. 3, which it used to murder Flying-types in general back then, especially Gyarados.

I guess also Metagross, since it lost physical Shadow Ball.

@SweetBitterDarkness but most flying types don't survive even 1 gen change gen 1 flying types were already vry crippled at gen 3 and on gen 4 the only surviving flying was staraptor, ALakazam didn't stay on gen 3 Ou in the switch for gen 4, gyarados has survived 4 gens as for now but mostly pokemon don't survive after 2 generation shifts, having exeptions of course. (gyarados,blissey,lapras) some pokemon didn't even survive on standard tier with just the diamond to platinum switch

slaking for sure, truant already dragged him down in gen 3 but he was still OU and by the time he hit gen 4 he just didnt pack enough power to make his strategy a solid one and rather a one based on extremely good predictions

@c4m134 I'm guessing a roulette battle is just random pokemon, and an underused battle is pokemon that you wouldn't usually see because they're weaker or whatever than the pokemon you do usually see.

Venusaur. It knew the best grass attack at that time besides Frenzy Plant, Solar Beam. For some reason, it doesn't have Leaf Storm. Sceptile has it, but not Venusaur. You have to breed it.

@orochiXV2 Gen 3 = Generation 3 which was the generation of Pokemon to come out with the GBA. Gen 3 consists of Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald and FireRed/LeafGreen.

A "scarfed" Pokemon is a Pokemon holding a Choice Scarf. Choice Scarf boosts Speed by 50% but you can only use one move.

Anymore questions you have can probably be answered on Bulbapedia or Serebii or Psypokes.

Only when your OPPONENT uses a Fire attack on YOU, not when you use a Fire attack. Although there are two moves that you can use to get thawed: Sacred Fire and Flame Wheel. But not ALL fire attacks with thaw you when used.
