Looks like Romney doesn't know doctors. If he did, he would know doctors are extremely talented. If they weren't, they wouldn't be doctors.
Having many doctors in my family, I know that doctors are also:
Musicians - they learn to keep time with the rhythm of the heart.
Mechanical Eng - the vascular and digestive systems are like plumbing, and the muscular/skeletal systems are structural wonders.
Chemical Eng - proper pH, iron, sugar, salt, etc balance.
Finance? They run a business.
