  • why cant i watch the video???

  • geez y do professors sometimes complicate these things lol. i get it now. simple as this ^^^^^^^^ thnk you!

  • best thing on youtube..heheh

  • like a relay race

  • holy shit it makes sense now...

  • they didnt show how the phospate is released or how the G protein work, it's a good video, but it does not show a lot of things that happen when the hormone binds the receptor..

  • Thank you! I get it now! I wish teachers would incorporate these types of videos in class rather than trying to illustrate the process.

  • My guess I that they mean to show us the MAP kinase (MAPK) cascade as they specify that the signal is relayed through phosphate. If so, it's simplified to the incorrect. MAPK does not simply suffle a phosphate between proteins! the phosporylation activates the kinases, whom in turn phosphorylate target proteins (among those more kinases resulting in a cascade) using ATP as energy and phosphate resource. Or in aqwamans words "it talks about amplification but doesn't show it".

  • thx u

  • it talks about amplification but doesn't show it

  • Good video, thankyou.

  • thank you
