I rememba this. They didn't need to make this ad, because back then, everyone was fit, not fat. Today, everyone is fat, not fit. In 79 CDN's WERE "fit as a fiddle", now they're fat as a faddle.

I was 5 years old when this commercial came out and memorized the entire thing. I still know the whole thing to this day. I'm also now a registered nurse, fitness instructor and personal trainer. I can't believe I can still recite it word for word at age 35!

I'm looking for that one too. That's another one I memorized but I've forgotten some of it over the years unlike the "a" to "i" one.
