wow thats retarded, and totally un-american same for the smoking tax they should leave people alone next there going to tax disabled people and so on this country is becoming less free by the second-and they are going to actually do this in alabama-
screw any tax. There are better ways to reduce health costs. If there should be any punishment for being fat, it should be that you look fat. If you don't have a problem with that, all the power to you, your really enjoying life. I also believe you can enjoy life being really health,(you do risk being a little crazy though ) because I'm really into my health sometimes, but I'm not that narrow minded to think that others can't be perfectly happy or happier if they're not like me.
You know, this is actually being debated now. Kind of ironic...
