Fabulous. I love tabouleh. I just have one problem with your presentation. Your long hair is soooo close to the food most of the time. I wish you'd just flip it behind your back while your preparing food. You're definitely gorgeous enough to be able to pull it up totally out of the way, which would be even better but pleeeaase at least push it back.
Hair next to food.... hard for me to get past that. Just sayin'....

lol u put soo much bergol... here in Australia our bergol pretty much softens when we soak it in lemon juice or water so we dont need to cook it... i like puttin thinly sliced lettuce in mine :P
and when i do mine everything is sooooooooooooo tiny :D
ohh have u tried zaatar the fresh green stuff in it! its heaven! i tried it at a restaurant
