Neither of those birds are raptors, and that isn't a Blue Jay, it's a Western Scrub Jay.
I don't think pigeons suck, but to each his own. I just don't like the idea of people laughing at poor birds that are obviously distressed about another eating their child.

I like pigeons. Their chicks are adorable, too. Pigeons are harmless, so that's what makes them so great... and so pushed around.
