@isaacjrood You're ignorant. There have been cases where residence's phones were tapped and used to make terrorist prank calls. The victims were arrested on these charges even though they weren't the one that made the prank. Even home phones can be tapped.

All phones have Carrier iQ which tracks everything you do, so if you got a phone preferably an Android phone I recommend rooting it and installing a custom Rom if your not sure how to do this just search for info on rooting your phone and do a check on which Roms are good for your phone and that do not use Carrier iQ. I would use CM7 they don't have Carrier iQ.

I do forensics...client of ours has had phone conversations played back to him, photos taken of him by his own phone and hacker emails him those photos. Police are USELESS and called him crazy. No one's there to help once you get hacked unless you hire a forensics expert. Save yourself time and $, don't install weird apps, don't allow others access to your phone.
