Left click on the text "camera" in the top left black window and choose "3D Textured" from the menu. The default is "3D Wireframe", that's why you're only seeing lines.
Hey Lou, I can't see any textures when I create objects using the block tool. It's odd, because it'll show a wireframe of what I create, but no textures will apply. I've also tried replacing textures, but they never show, although it'll say that I've changed the texture on objects.
I've always wanted to at least try my hand at mapping, but was always discouraged by the various tutorials I found. Thanks a lot for this video, Big Lou.
I liked the video big lou. I'm trying to get into mapping and this tutorial gave me a little new insight. I knew a lot of that stuff but the copy and paste texture stuff I didn't know and that will help cut down on some time.
when i tip enter at 5 50 the solid doesn-t get a texture,it remains composed by lines and nothing else..can you help me?
