no, no and no. there was no kidnapping, no imprisonment and no assault. they detained a suspect for carrying and smoking illegal narcotics in a public place where you're not suppossed to be smoking. they have had a lot of cooperation from the CPD and they made a legal citizens arrest by calling 911 and detaining (ONLY detaining) the suspect.
Actually, I have defended a case very similar and won. It is blatant battery and false imprisonment. Stop acting like you are fucking smart and learn your shit. "Illegal narcotics"are cocaine, heroin, opiates, but not weed.
